We all got ‘em. We don’t brag about them or post threads about them…. Until now. Let’s give the cheesy coins some love. I’ll start with this fine piece ‘de poo-poo…..

I don't have anything like that. One of my first ever purchases I remember buying was a war nickel set that was in a cardboard holder. It was kind cheesy but not terrible. I think I paid $3 for it back in the late 90s.

 

Oh, I've gotta come back to this one with some photos. The things I've gotten in lots where I was aiming for one valuable coin... <shudder>

I didn't just buy 1 cheezy I bought the set.
I have no idea what came over me, nor an adequate excuse for buying them lol other than late night shopping with a touch of nostalgia.






"Street Fighter" was one of the last Coin Op Arcade games I remember playing and I was slightly good at it. So don't flame me too bad lol

 

These Australian $2 coloured coins of the kids show Mr Squiggle definitely fit the bill!

Thing is there are some really clean coins in the bunch.

 

Someone went to the trouble of putting an ordinary SBA in a Capitol holder, and I couldn't resist for 1 Euro

Not just cheesy, but there's also something fishy about this one.

 

This one was a birthday gift from my parents. Came from the Morgan Mint.

 

Not as cheesy as many of the ones posted here, but these are out of the norm for me.
