I've got this "coin" but it's really not my cup of tea. Non-circulating commemoratives aren't proper coins, they're gewgaws.
This was a coin that I purchased only because I really liked the design. No matter how much I try to convince myself otherwise, it just doesn't fit into my collection. Oh well, I still like it.
One thing I sure miss about living in Florida is the relative availability of Cuban coins in assorted foreign coin boxes and melt pans. Living there certainly made assembling a Cuban type set far easier as opposed to finding Cuban coins on eBay that somehow managed not to be removed. Dansco 7240 Cuba Type Page 1 Page 2 Page 3
Low relief will have more defined lines in the valleys of the star. High relief will have a weak strike on the key and the palm tree. I would guess high relief on yours, but hard to tell if it's not just wear.
