Should I submit this to PCGS?

I don't have a PCGS membership and I don't really want to spend $70 if this coin is worthless. I would like to ask for your knowledge and wisdom on this 1964 Jefferson Nickel.

    About the coin:

The coin looks glossy but not glossy enough to be a proof coin, the background of the coin does not reflect anything. The coin also has a copperish-yellow tone to it compared to other nickels.

Thank you in advance to everyone!

Your coin has too many marks to justify grading it.

Some nickels tone this color. They are 75% copper. Normal coin.

Nice coin but not worth grading.
