I know SP70 doesn&#039;t mean it&#039;s absolutely perfect, but shouldn&#039;t the scratches disqualify this from a 70? Did i really get a bad coin, or is this normal for a collector quality burnished silver eagle. Do you guys have these imperfections on your &quot;70&quot; graded coins?
