The 50D is one of the lowest mintage Jeffs.
For many years it was the subject of speculation, causing the price to skyrocket then crash.
Even in 1950, it was known the D would be low mintage and huge quantities of BU were quickly set aside.
I've never come across on in circulation, which isn't to say that you can't.
