    It looks like this coin may have some disease in it. You would buy yourself a cleaning job.
    I would have put the 10$ and shipping cost in a jar (virtually or physically), and saved for a nicer example.

    I would pass- the obverse is okay, but that reverse is too poorly preserved for me to ever feel happy owning this coin.

    I’m happier with one coin like this one, than with 25 of the ebay kind. But here we differ, and you have to define how you want to collect for yourself. I hope you will be happy with the decision, whatever you do.

    Is it going to give you pleasure every time you look at it? If not, I would give it a pass. I know it isn't much money, but there are so many nicer coins available. . . .
