Should an ebay seller disclose corrosion and tape from an album?

    yeah, the damage is done. Ive already accepted the fate of these coins. Like i said, i wouldnt sell something like that. Even if i didnt check the tape, i would have offered a better description and a caveat. Many of the coins had corrosion on the rims that was visible, more so in person than in their more far away pics.

    Honestly, if a seller is selling an album like this, I would *not* expect him to take all the coins out or look at the other sides. I would expect him to take clear photos of all pages and the outside, and I would expect the buyer to make a decision. If you are displeased with what you got, see if he'll accept a return.

    If I were selling it, I probably would have popped out a couple of the coins and looked, and described what I saw. But it sounds like the problems did not affect all of the coins, so I'm not sure even that would have caught it.
