I sent an email to the Webmaster of a site that these statements displayed. Maybe they can help reunite the bill with one of the signers or would want it for a display.

I got in touch with the webmaster of a site dedicated to German bases. I told him that I would like to reunite the bill with one of the signers or donate it to a museum. I have not heard back from him. He is either:
    1. Real busy
    2. Waiting for replies from someone who he thinks may be interested.
    3. Researching the names on the bill or waiting for some else to do the research.
    4. Doesn't care and did not say he was not interested in the idea.
