Actually you just ask for others thoughts.

I think if you paid G-4 money for it you did good. I think if you re-read the posts you will find several of us who like the appearance of the coin. In my opinion there are not any bad coins - just difference of opinions on how to grade them. Pictures make it difficult at time to get a true opinion of the coin - see the recently posted IHC by me. My pictures sucked and I could see why people gave it a lower grade than what I think it really is(and what it is graded by NGC).

Depending on the toning on what my comments would be - on some coins I do on some I don't.

Of course all opinions are subjective - one of the reason people say IMO. It is just an opinion and in the end the only one that really counts is yours as the owner of the coin. Just remember when you ask for opinions you are going to get them and most really do not mean anything negative. One of things that make this forum enjoyable.

 

VG-10 details, could you post another pic. Reverse does not look corroded. May have been cleaned harshly (acid)?

Because in the end, this is the only thing that matters:

 

that is one thing i am completely in agreement with brother leadfoot and of course also the OP. All grading no matter who does it is just a subjective opinion of the person doing the grading

 

Not seeing that the reverse looks any better or worse than the obverse. When I actually get the coin in hand, will see if I can getter better pics, or just scan the thing (which is great way to show detail, color, not so much).

Also to everyone in general, don't let the fact that I disagree with your opinions sometimes lead you believe that I'm annoyed at you for giving them. I did ask for them, after all. I appreciate your feedback, even when I disagree with it. Part of the reason I post these at all is to get a feel about what other people think.
