Okay, I need some help on this...what is the true definition of a lamination error vs. damage, where metal is pushed aside and looks like a lamination error. Like an earlier picture of a 1960 cent where I could clearly see the gouges left behind and the metal pushed up.

There can be some really fun variations to this, the best I own is in a Lincoln Memorial Cent where the Lincoln Memorial looks like it had a terrorist attack and Lincoln was blown out of his monument. See coin, I hoard every kind of coin, but I am very fond of error coins. In the 1960's I scoured rolls for every minor flaw. Found hundreds of minor errors. I have gotten lazy these days and don't search as much.
