Not at all. Just trying to explain to help you understand. The first F will always be there if the bills are going to Atlanta. The trailing letter on the first run was A. The next run was a B, then C. F is the 6th letter of the alphabet so your note was in the sixth printing of $1.00 bills for the Atlanta Federal Reserve.
As to its value, even in pristine condition it's only worth one dollar.
