    Not ancient coin related, but it seems the Procter & Gamble Co. may have adapted this design (obverse + reverse) for their old corporate logo:

    and then came this version as a belt buckle design:

    I don't recall the story, but there was something about the P&G logo being satanic.

    I think this is an mazin reverse, really fascinating. IMHO it is related to an eclipse but it is only a my idea.
