Thanks for everyones support! Although I had a few scary moments today I did find out that the package safely arrived in NGC's hands!! To make a long story short the 2nd set of tracking information I recieved (after the first showed "no records found") I tracked it today when I got home from lunch and the number I punched in said my box was in freaking HAWAII!! ARGH!!! Needless to say I sorta freaked out and started calling the shipping place and NGC etc. and in the end I was given the wrong number and everything is fine, but needless to say my blood pressure was up to about 400/300

All is well in my world now... phew!

OK so what'sthe percentage for registered mail? I know it's low, I'm curious how low.
