Maybe they aren't going to bring back their best stuff until you earn their trust and respect. </p><p><br /></p><p>I'm not trying to single out anybody and I apologize in advance if any feelings are hurt, but this thread is a good generic explanation of the bad side of the B&M business, and why so many people never turn into repeat customers.
