    1: Kurzuwan Anonymous Jital. ( 4.1g 20mm) A cool coin that was likely struck in Kurzuwan while the city was under siege by the army of Genghis Khan. The city held out for about 2 months before the city fell to the Mongols who massacred the population and destroyed the city.

    SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Philip I. AD 244-249. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 13.1g). Struck AD 244. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Eagle standing facing on palm frond left, head left, with wreath in beak and wings spread. Prieur 319; McAlee 887/2.
