    Hadrian. AD 117-138. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.02 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 132-135. Bareheaded bust right, slight drapery / Galley left, with five oarsmen and hortator at stern. RIC II 209 var. (obv. bust type); RSC 652b var. (same). Near VF, toned, a few light scratches.
    From the collection of a Texas Wine Doctor. Ex Fred Shore FPL 90 (September 1995), no. 57.
