Seller using shill bidding

    Sadly, because eBay wants to maximize their profits, only the TOP bid from the losing bidders can be used for second chance offers. I would be happy to sell some coins for less, but it cannot be done the way eBay has the system set up.

    This is one of the few reasons I see to use a sniper program. With the few I bid on I would be happy to get them at my max bid. I use dealers more than I use ebay.

    Plus in all my years on ebay I have only received 2 second chance offers. One was where the seller had two ASE in the same grade and the seller gave me a second chance off on it at my high bid - which was okay. The second was where the bids did not hit the minimum and I was high. I was happy to do both.
