A proof coin is <b>a different kind of coin</b>, based on die characteristics, planchet preparation, etc. So, this did not increment a few grades, it changed from business strike to proof. </p><p><br /></p><p>(4) Everyone knows that you do not buy the holder, you buy the coin.
