What kind of help are you looking for?

If you're wanting to know the city, most of the name is visible on the reverse or you can find it by searching CNG's archives with the terms "Syria , Dionysos"

That coin is from Apameia, and features the head of Dionysus right, wearing ivy wreath on the obverse with a countermark of Tyche within an incuse circle. The reverse reads ΛΠΑΜΕΩΝ / ΤΗΣ ΙΕΡΑΣ / ΚΑΙ AΣYΛOY and depicts the thyrsos of Dionysus tied with ribbons. These coins are typically dated on the reverse, but the date here is illegible. They were struck from 30-17 B.C. Compare RPC I, 4347-4352; Handbook of Greek Coinage Series: Volume 9, 1425.

In a famous painting by Bouguereau, "Mailice," a Bacchante holds a thyrsos tied with ribbons.
