    So? What difference does that make? And if it is a counterfeit US penny why isn't the guy in jail, just like the Liberty dollar guy was? My point is that had I received this I would have been most upset and thrown it in my penny jar.

    As you may have guessed, I know nothing about US coins other than keeping them for their junk silver value.

    Oh, I am not complaining. I am trying to understand. If someone does not understand something the best solution is to explain, not tell them to shut up.

    I've not read them as they seem not to refer to coins. So perhaps an explanation is in order. Or at least a link to indication why it is a big deal.
