These promissory notes are for 1 and 2 silver forints (equivalent to a silver dollar). The most interesting thing about these notes is that they have 4 and 8 cent US Champion of Liberty stamps commemorating Lajos Kossuth, with first date of issue cancellations bearing the small coat of arms of Hungary. It's something exciting I've not seen before on these remainders, with a great connection to Kossuth and beautiful stamps and cancellations!
