Searched two rolls halves!!

Ok I have a question, I will post a picture as soon as I get home. Today I found two 1969 Kennedy halves which I understand are 40% silver, however one of them appears to look different and the line on the rim is not visible, meaning it just looks like silver? Can someone explain what this could be.

I also found. 1982 P Kennedy half, and a 1986 P Kennedy half.

Some of the 40%ers just look like that. Nothing special.

 

Okay, I was just curious because the one in question appears brighter, and looks better than the other. Here are the pics.
