I have many of the older currency, with the Light green and Dark Green seals and numbers. I have been looking at some of the new series of 2013's $20.00 today. Some have "Dark" ink seal & #, and some have "Light" seals and #. So, my question, is this something to keep an eye on as to future value? Just to let you know, I used to be a printer a very long time ago.
Could you photograph two different examples with identical lighting and camera/scanner so we can see what you are describing ? Could the color difference be environmental or post-BEP ?
I will try. But my scanner or me have trouble transferring them, I will try with my digital cam. To come.
