    Is it an error?

    Imho, it is difficult to tell from your pictures. If you could please post a few photos of both sides and a straight on shot . Thank you

    Imho, it looks like die striation lines. Also looks like it took a hit across lady liberty’ Arm.

    Possibly feeder finger scrapes. But not positive and not sure if it would add any premium.

    I'm with @tommyc03, feeder finger scrapes. Not much if any premium on this error but a nice find. It makes a nice example to add to ones error collection.

    Yes feeder finger damage. I would keep it. Doubtful it will add much of or any premium to the coin, but it's a cool example to help envision the minting process.
