SBA dollars - will full talons ever be recognized?

    Of course, they should. A full talon designation is just another way of saying fully struck with all the details. For some of us that is an important detail of a coin and having it designated is useful, like the full head designation on liberty quarters, you get a nicer looking coin when it is fully struck. They should do the same thing for the steps on pennies, most are horrendous.
