    Effectively, the value is nothing. Small face value, probably been demonitised,so no exchange value and too worn for collecting.

    Saudia Arabia issued the note under the law of AH 1379, which straddles the western calendar 1959-1960. The actual year of issue was 1976 or 1977. I don't think it has been demonetized, but don't know for sure. Its exchange value is a little over aa US quarter, and its collector value not much more than that, as mentioned above.
