    Likely PCGS wasn't making "a big deal" about these.

    Just received it today. Did not open the package(cardboard box) will send to PCGS to have it graded if it does not cost too much. Any idea on this fee?

    Not cheap. If you're not a PCGS member, you'll need to find an authorized dealer.

    Why didn't you open the cardboard to at least visually inspect them to see if they are worth sending in?

    Y’know what? If they show those in the Mint’s booth next week, sales will SNAP to a halt. Too ugly, can’t buy.

    I love the nickel. It's nice to see what a perfect Monticello looks like including steps and windows as a comparison to the regular ones. Features really show up on the RP.

    did not really even consider it. why should I? With modern laser finishing they all should be near perfect right?
