I felt bad about losing my truck but I felt worse about what the thief may do with my loaded pistol. (I was afraid he would rob a gas station or liquor store and kill someone. With my gun.) Luckily I had the serial numbers of both guns so if someone was shot with one of my guns they wouldn't pin it on me. My truck was recovered a few days later. Incredibly, both guns were still in the truck. The dumb thief didn't even look under or behind the seat.[/QUOTE]
