What I used to do, if a customer was not pleased for some reason, I refunded immediately and told them to keep the item as a gift on me. So sorry that your beautiful spade coin was broken in transit. Your repair job looks fantastic , lots better then I could do . I would have been quite upset if I had this happen to me , especially with the poor packaging that it arrived in.
