Have you ever checked out what other online venues charge to sell? Frequently 15%+. This is why coin prices are so high on there compared to going to a show in person.  You can save hundreds on a single purchase at a show once you take ebay fees out of the equation. eBay prices have the eBay fees baked into them. Show prices have the show fees baked into them. At major shows, those dealer tables can cost a couple thousand dollars and you can be required to stay a minimum number of nights in a certain hotel.
