    Wow!! That's amazing! I wish I could take all the credit, but I have a whim and Signor Fibonacci to thank for my guess. Ryan, thanks for a great contest and the wonderful prize you are sending. :bow:

    An interesting note on the guesses of this group: The mean guess was $1,199.11 and the median was $1,200.00 (excluding afm and lincolnhoarder's apocalyptic guesses and BNB's DQ'd guess). Seems we have a relatively bullish group on our hands (not surprising among gold lovers), but overall within 6.8% of the actual price.
