Hmm...PM's...I beleive. At least there's some history to them, along with articles/economic news you can use to better your judgement. Casino's aren't even a crapshoot, they are designed to make you lose money.
Maybe tournament poker would have been a better suggestion for the question posed. :smile However a lot of banks, investment houses and credit providers seem designed to make you lose money, too
Weeeeeeeheehheeeeeeee.......let's go for another ride! up $22 this morning! Where will it land tomorrow?:goofer:
Well it's for Ryan to confirm but I see London Bullion PM Fix for 1/5/10 @ $1,123.25/oz according to Bullion Desk
Well we have a WINNER! :thumb: BELISARUIS! :hail: CONGRATS! :hail: With a guess of 1123.58 with the original price closing at 1123.25! So that's just 33 cents off! WOW! Please PM me your address and I will send you your prizes!
Congrats! BELISARUIS!!! What was the prize, been wondering what you would select after all this time? What kind of silver coins?
I will have to see what is in my silver pouch! But they will most likely be Barber Half Dollars, Walkers, Mercury's, etc...
I also want to thank Krispy and the others for help keeping the prices updated, as well as Rosethe for helping me find the winner!
I just may do it. While I didn't see this contest until just now, I think it's a great way of polling the CT crowd for their thoughts on the price fluctuations of precious metals. The bonus being that if you're intuitive enough, lucky enough or just a bullion scholar, if you win, you get some precious metal coin or something worth your astute guess. I think this is something I might want to do. Let me search through my vast hoard of coins and see what I can reward a winner. Until then... Bruce
