I will narrow it further for you. The 2¢ was the first coin to have "IN GOD WE TRUST" on it.

 

Don't anyone worry, the contest will end as scheduled, or even later than that if not everyone has yet guessed by that time

Here are some hints:

- All of the coins in the contest will be American.
- All coins show it's true color (ex: if it shows the color is silver looking, then it's silver looking )
-And no editing (besides cropping of course) have been done to the photos.

If you have already guessed and find it unfair that you didn't have the hints before hand, please do feel welcome to guess again if needed.

^Me too. In my dreams it keeps taunting me. I'm chasing it and every time I go around a corner, I see a flash as it rounds the next corner. Never giving up any information as to what it is.
