Royal Dutch Mint - No longer shipping outside of E.U. Very strange rationale given.

Is anyone else having problems with the Royal Dutch Mint or any other E.U. based Mint?</p><p><br /></p><p> I recently have placed orders with the Monnaie de Paris and The Irish Mint.
