    It's rotated alright, but well within tolerance. Less than 15 degrees rotation in either direction is not considered significant. Good eye though, and an overall good looking coin. :)

    Those are very common with rotated dies. Unless it's a complete 180° medal alignment it doesn't carry much premium and even 180° rotation doesn't add that much
