NGC and PCGS have different requirements for just about all of the various designations. NGC, is and always has been the company with the tougher requirements of the two.</p><p><br /></p><p>For example - with Roosevelt dimes PCGS requires the upper and lower bands on the torch to be split, but that&#039;s it.
