    Great post.

    Can you show us some stone carving inscriptions you have done? I don't think I have ever known anyone who did that.

    For those who would like to try their hand at rendering Roman Majuscule (Capital) letterforms using pencils or pen and ink on paper, you will probably find life much easier, and the letterforms you produce much nicer, if you employ the following stroke order (pen/pencil lifts after each stroke) when rendering them:
