    Hi everyone.

    Here are my lots in Heritage Auctions' upcoming Signature Internet Session. Live internet bidding begins Friday, May 6 at 10:00 am CT. All of the coins featured are Roman imperial.

    1. Claudius I (AD 41-54). AE sestertius (35mm, 28.56 gm, 7h). NGC AU 5/5 - 3/5, Fine Style. Rome, AD 50-54. TI•CLAVDIVS•CAESAR•AVG•P•M•TR•P•IMP•P•P•, laureate head of Claudius I right / EX•S•C• / P•P / OB•CIVES / SERVATOS, legend in four lines in oak-wreath. RIC I 112. An exceptional coin worthy of its Fine Style designation.

    2. Antoninus Pius (AD 138-161). AV aureus (19mm, 7.35 gm, 5h). NGC Choice XF 5/5 - 4/5. Rome, AD 150-151. ANTONINVS AVG PI-VS P P TR P XIIII, laureate bust of Antoninus Pius right, seen from behind, drapery on left shoulder / C-OS-IIII, Aequitas or Moneta standing facing, head left, scales in right hand, cornucopia in left. RIC III 192d. Calicó 1509. Enchanting aureus with light toning on a brilliant flan.

    3. Marcian, Eastern Roman Empire (AD 450-457). AV tremissis (15mm, 1.48 gm, 6h). NGC MS 4/5 - 4/5, marks, die shift. Constantinople, AD 450. D N MARCIA-NVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Marcian right, seen from front / VICTORIA-AVGVSTORVM, Victory advancing to front, head left, wreath upward in right hand, globus cruciger in left; star to right, CONOB in exergue. RIC X 519. High grade example of this rare type.
