Thank you Hispanicus. For those who would like to copy and use for their personal use any part of the page (or the whole page): I will keep the web page at http://jp29.org/capmony.htm online until my Web service provider contract expires in March 2018. There is no need to worry about page access after that as the entire page is reproduced in my above posting (albeit without the presentation style sheet) and therefor will be available ad infinitum. You can copy and paste any (or all) of the content you wish, and download and save any of the images to accompany the text, from my web page (that is what I did in composing the posting). I hereby grant permission to any member of this Forum to copy directly from my web page in this manner for personal use (required to avoid copyright infringement issues) -- I would appreciate authorship acknowledgement with any such use.
