    The photos are not great due to the lighting (coin is in slightly better condition that it seems)

    However, can anyone tell me what it is, the period and value.

    P.S sorry for posting a few threads, keep getting coins that are out with my knowledge in bulk lots.

    Silver Antoninianus
    Obv:– IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right
    Rev:– VIRTVTI AVGVSTI, Hercules standing right, leaning on club, which rests on a rock
    Minted in Rome.

    In that shape, which is poor, maybe $5. He's common as dirt for ancients.
