    Reference works for coins of Roman Egypt:

    Dattari, Monete Imperiali Greche, Catalogo della collectione G. Dattari. Fourni reprint of the 1901 edition. 472 pages plus XXXVII page plates (mostly reverses only). Large book: 9" x 12 1/2". $127 on ABE, but in Germany. Orange-tan cloth hardcover. Very good condition with minor marks on flyleaf. [$75 + $5]


    Milne, Catalogue of Alexandrian Coins, with supplement by Colin Kraay. 1971, 5450 coins of Roman Alexandria on 155 pages and Vii plates (reverses only) plus 10 pages of supplemental types plus two large foldouts with hoard counts. A standard reference prior to Emmett. 8 3/4" x 11 1/4". Some ink marks in the index (circling the key distinguishing feature and a few inconspicuous marks in the list. Dust jacket has some tears. $125 on Amazon. $100 on ABE. $80 on vcoins. [$55 + $4 here]
