I&#039;ve seen plenty of more modern rolls purposely scuffed so they look older.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The oldest original bankwrapped rolls I have personally handled have been from the early 1950s, and I have seen original Lincoln cent rolls from the 1940s.
