They say they are only allowed to bring things across the lobby at a certain time during the morning when the vault is opened, and once the vault is opened they cannot go and take more out of it. Like the day before I called when they opened to ask if I could pick up a box of dimes and two boxes of pennies, and I got another preaching of how I would have to get them the next day, because they had already opened the vault. Not quite sure. Also not sure if it is only this branch, or EVERY Wachovia&#039;s policy.
