Hi and sorry it took me so long to reply. I have only been roll searching and making bank stops since about Sept. 2007 so not that long. So far I have managed to trade up to gold twice because it takes a long time to get enough 40% to make trading worth while. I don't want to trade for 1/10 oz. so I keep searching until I find enough for 1/14 to 1/2 oz.

10/21/07 ~ 1st trade: $60 FV 40% halves = 1/4 oz. + $22 cash - Total cost for 1/4 oz. = $38

2/17/08 ~ 2nd trade: $90 FV 40% halves + $4 FV 90% halves = Total Cost for 1/2 oz. = $94

I have 3/4 oz. gold for $132 so unless gold drops below $528, I'm ahead of the ballgame. Of course anything's possible but I'm happy with the end result of my roll searching. Right now I have about $30 FV, (worth about $158) so I would get maybe $145 in trade value and that's not enough for 1/4 oz. Hopefully April will be fruitful in the silver hunt and I can get another 1/4 - 1/2 oz of cheap gold. It's really not just the idea of cheap gold, it's the thrill of the hunt and many will agree, that this is part of the fun of roll searching. When you see silver, you fell like you found hidden treasure

*~*Joey*~*
