I suspect it is just a matter of choice which color wrapper they use at the Loomis processing facility. I live where there is just one Loomis processing center for my area, and yet I get both colors. However, as I've posted before, there is a huge difference in success for me when I compare NF String & Sons to Loomis wrappers (no matter the color). Loomis wrapped boxes are far superior!
