I took off from work early after chatting with a fellow treasure hunter friend of mine. Of course, we got each other excited to get out and find some treasure! 4 banks yielded $300 MWR halves, $140 CWR (CWR rewraps, smells like a dump) halves, $1 loose halves, and 10 Ikes. I’ll report any finds later :) The coin machine was being emptied by a coin courier at one of the banks. All the coins in this style machine go into a big bin, are removed while still in the bin, transported to the coin courier building, separated into bags, then run through a coin rolling machine. How do I know? The armed guy emptying the machine told me. He also said the machines are routinely emptied every 3 weeks, and the east side of my town produces alot more coin than any other area. He said this was because east is less affluent...I’m putting this tip in my mental database :) Edit: decided to try a couple more banks...$78 in CWR and loose halves at bank 1...on to bank 2 now...bank 2 had 1 CWR halves and $1 loose halves...’54 Franklin in the loose! The Franklin made it all worthwhile to me
