Most days I get 5 rolls of quarters, 5 rolls of dimes, 5 rolls of nickels, and 10 rolls of pennies (initial investment of $90). It takes me about 3 hours or more to go thru all of the rolls. I have accumulated more than 3000 error coins thus far. Some days I only find a few errors, other days, I find much more. It is a really hit or miss situation, however, the days I hit, I find great stuff. I notice that every so often (especially these days) it seems a collector may be ridding themselves of coins they no longer want.

For example, about a week ago I got 10 rolls of pennies. I now inadvertently have a complete collection of Canadian pennies dated from 1920 thru 1954 and a number of later Canadian pennies. I have been able to put together 10 Jefferson nickel sets with all AU/BU "slider" coins that cost me face value (except the silver war nickels). I completed three sets of 1965 to date dimes. I retain any state quarters that I consider au/bu "sliders" and I have accumulated more than 20 sets of high quality state quarters. I find silver coins on good days, mostly dimes, but occasionally a silver quarter. I also keep two error books in front of me when going thru rolls.
