Eureka! After searching boxes of halves, I finally gave up. There were too many skunks. In the past 10 boxes, I found 2 40's and it wasn't worth it, so I only do loose now. I went into Wells Fargo today, and didn't see any halves in her tray, so I asked if she had any. The teller next to her had $20 in loose, and then she remembered that she also had, in her drawer, $15 in loose. The $20 was a skunk, but the $15 that she had was all sliver. I could hear it when she set the envelope on the counter. Out of the 30 coins, 16 were 90's and 14 were 40's. There were Kennedy, Franklin, and Walking Liberty. One of the Walking Liberty coins is so nice, I'll post a pic and see if anyone thinks it grade-able. I think the teller with the silver may have been trying to hold them for the end of her shift since she said she knew they were silver, and she had them in an envelope in her drawer. She actually had $15.50 in silver, so she kept one of them and put it back into her tray. I felt lucky and didn't insist on the last one. So, just when I thought I was done for good with searching, I have an awesome find... but the nagging question is whether I should be happy with what I got, or go back and get that other loose one!!!
