I had quite the busy day. I headed into Philly after an appt and got into Center City about 10:45 wearing Jeans and a T-Shirt with about $1400 in hand. By about 1:15 PM I had close to $860 in Teller Tray halves, a full box, and BWR's in my backpack. I'm sweating like a pig as I had walked about a grand total of 25 city blocks. I just couldn't take it any more so I went back to the car.

I checked all the halves when I got back towards home and cashed in. I picked 2 of my 3 boxes of halves from one of my pick up banks. I decided to hit a Bank of America that I've only stopped at once. I asked if they had any halves and this girl jumps up right away with the old...'How Many Do You Want?' I tell her I have $360 (whats left after lunch, snacks, and city parking). She says she has $1000 available. I'm thinking sweet. I'll get the rest tomorrow. Until....EVERY SINGLE ROLL had a nice razor blade slit in the side and was taped up with industrial clear tape. I'm thinking....great...now I got someones dumps. That's what they were. WHO DOES THAT? Are you kidding me. There are only about 10,000 banks in the Greater Philly area with coin counters. What a loser.

So - I rip them all open throw them in my bags and head off to TD Bank again. Cashed in that garbage and grabbed a box of dimes and nickels. Normally I'd be PO'd about the dump guy whos been peppering my area, but my totals for the day are:

Halves:

1 x 1954 Franklin

3 x 1964 Kennedy

5 x 1967 Kennedy

2 x 1968 Kennedy

1 x 1969 Kennedy

1 x 1987P Kennedy

Ikes:

1 x 1972 Clad

1 x 1974 Clad

Dimes:

1 x 1964 Rosie

Nickels (Run on the 40's):

1 x 1942 War

1 x 1945 War

----------------

2 x 1940

4 x 1941

4 x 1946

5 x 1947

1 x 1948

1 x 1949

and 8 from the 1950's....

No Buffalos or V's today

All in all a very good day for these parts!
