[QUOTE="Aggiecollector, post: 1091045, member: 19545"]Power of positive thinking!!! (It is good to be a pirate) I saw Bob's post last night that he hit a milestone. Inspired, when I got up this morning, I thought it would be cool if I too hit a milestone but I had a ways to go so it would take a monster day... I went this morning and got 2 boxes (Had to run around a bit cuz somebody bought 6 boxes from the first bank and they were out). Anyway, 2 boxes, 1 1967 half...yawn... My daughter had a soccer tourn today so I go to watch her game. After it was over, there were two banks right by the field. I go in the first bank and they had $66 in halves. I really think these have been sitting in that bank for 5 years...CRAZY as there are many people around here that hunt. Anyway: 2 banks (Less than 10 minutes of real time) 11 rolls and $6 loose. 65 40% halves 13 1964 halves 1 1963 Including one roll of BU 1965's and one roll BU 1966's. They are gorgeous! $411 worth of silver for $39.50. So milestone for 40% silver halves hit today. Total found since July 2009 stands at 2,026 40% silver half dollars.
